<Job responsibilities>
- Supervising and managing all SE staff and ensuring that all team members Provide quality customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and service levels and reduce delivery times provided by the sales Engineering Department.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback trends to Identify and resolve frequent problems and designing procedures and documents to encourage problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Managing budgets and costs and ensuring that they are kept at an optimum level.
- Managing stock and inventory of spare parts including service tools.
- Cooperating and negotiating with related Departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure that costs, quality and service standards are met.
- Summarize and report progress/result of SE operations, problems, inquiries, etc.

- การจัดการงบประมาณและต้นทุนและให้แน่ใจว่าอยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสม
- บริหารสต๊อกและสินค้าคงคลังอะไหล่รวมถึงเครื่องมือบริการ
- ร่วมมือและเจรจากับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซัพพลายเออร์ และลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานต้นทุน คุณภาพ และการบริการ

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Service Representative and have experience in planning working schedules, machine installation, inspection, and repairs
- Good communication in English (internal use and communication with partners)
- Service mind with sales personality, good negotiation and management skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can start working immediately
