<Job responsibilities>
・New project promotion management : Create product concepts and persona proposals based on data gathered from market and competitor research.
・Creating and execution of advertising strategy from sales start to sold out : For housing and condominium(Online and Offline)
・Budget and schedule management ：Proposing methods to maximize outcomes with limited resources and time.
・Updating the new marketing trend and market situation : Always seek out new business opportunities and create new challenges for the company.
・Managing marketing agencies and suppliers : In any situation, use your strong communication abilities to seek cooperation from outside entities.
・Any tasks assigned by Japanese MD

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
・การจัดการส่งเสริมโครงการใหม่: สร้างแนวคิดผลิตภัณฑ์และข้อเสนอบุคลิกภาพโดยอิงจากข้อมูลที่รวบรวมจากการวิจัยตลาดและคู่แข่ง
・สร้างสรรค์และดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์การโฆษณาตั้งแต่เริ่มขายจนหมด : สำหรับที่อยู่อาศัยและคอนโดมิเนียม (ออนไลน์และออฟไลน์)
・การจัดการงบประมาณและกำหนดการ：เสนอวิธีการเพิ่มผลลัพธ์สูงสุดด้วยทรัพยากรและเวลาที่มีจำกัด
・อัปเดตแนวโน้มการตลาดและสถานการณ์ตลาดใหม่ : ค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ และสร้างความท้าทายใหม่ๆ ให้กับบริษัทอยู่เสมอ
・การจัดการเอเจนซี่การตลาดและซัพพลายเออร์ : ในทุกสถานการณ์ ใช้ความสามารถในการสื่อสารที่ดีเพื่อขอความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานภายนอก
・งานใดๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 39 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・More than bachelor's degree
・At least 2 years working experience in digital marketing and offline marketing in real estate business
・More than conversational English
・Experience with marketing campaigns and online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
・Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
・Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
