Work details
• Review major contracts and publish contract templates, and assist the business units to establish and improve the contract review systems and processes.
• Review external authorization matters of the group.
• Participate in major projects such as financing, mergers and acquisitions of the Group, prompt legal risks and provide legal advice.
• Identify and prompt legal risks, provide legal advice and provide legal training.
• Organize and improve the process of risk control system of business divisions and subsidiaries.
• Assist overseas legal affairs in handling overseas litigation cases and major risk matters.
• Build the Group's global lawyer resource platform and connect with external third-party institutions (Service)
• Establish a compliance management system for the group, develop compliance manuals and other compliance risk management regulations. (Control)
• Actively identify, assess, monitor, and report compliance risks, and continuously improve the group’s compliance system. (Control)
• Stay updated on global laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and industry self-disciplinary rules, and propose the development or modification of the group’s compliance system to meet these requirements, providing compliance advice. (Control)
• Assist subsidiaries in building and improving their own compliance regulations and compliance management systems. (Empower)
• Cooperate with the auditing department in conducting compliance reviews and participate in investigations of compliance violations. (Control)
• Participate in the disposal of risk events of the Group and business divisions, provide legal advice, reduce litigation risks.
• Participate in the handling of litigation affairs of the Group and safeguard the legal rights and interests of the Group
• Responsible for the selection and management of external lawyers for litigation cases. (Service)
• Responsible for the relationship maintenance and work interface with judicial organs and other external organizations. (Service)
• ตรวจสอบสัญญาสำคัญ แก้ไขและเผยแพร่แบบฟอร์มสัญญา ช่วยเหลือธุรกิจในการจัดตั้งและปรับปรุงระบบ
• ตรวจสอบเรื่องการอนุมัติภายนอกของกลุ่ม

• ตรวจสอบและรายงานความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ และปรับปรุงระบบการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของกลุ่มอย่างต่อเนื่อง (การควบคุม)
• ติดตามกฎหมาย และกฎวินัยของอุตสาหกรรมทั่วโลก เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาหรือปรับเปลี่ยนระบบการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ พร้อมทั้งให้คำแนะนำ (การควบคุม)
• ช่วยเหลือบริษัทสาขาต่างๆ ในการสร้างและปรับปรุงกฎระเบียบการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ (การเสริมอำนาจ)
• ร่วมมือกับแผนกตรวจสอบในการดำเนินการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ (การควบคุม)
• มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการเหตุการณ์ความเสี่ยงของกลุ่มและแผนกธุรกิจ ลดความเสี่ยงในการฟ้องร้อง
• เข้าร่วมในการจัดการกิจการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฟ้องร้องของกลุ่ม และปกป้องสิทธิและผลประโยชน์ทางกฎหมายของกลุ่ม

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• At least 1 year of work experience as corporate lawyer.
• Background on corporate law (e.g. contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights and data protection, etc.)
• Advance conversation middle level in English.
• Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach.
