ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Take lead in driving Company strategy and KPI in term of People Development
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management for decision-making.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and systems.
• Able to integrate IT Technology to HR Management system, promote Online HR Application utilization
• Corporate with all Production Managers in manpower planning, OT management and employee development.
• Oversee and control HR overall budget and expense
• Review and revise new Company Guidelines to improve some ineffective processes
• Develop and manage Employee Performance Management system that drive high performance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, have understanding in Code of Conduct
• Manage overall HR, General Affairs, included Payroll & Welfares, Employee Relation as well as General Services, Interpreter tasks
• Organize Company activities, such as Company Tour, Sport Day, New Year Party and others
• Provide advice & solve issue related to HR and Administration process for subordinates and other stakeholders as necessary
• Conduct necessary training to employees
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• เป็นผู้นำในการขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทและ KPI ในด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร
• วิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลและจัดทำรายงานให้ผู้บริหารระดับสูงเพื่อการตัดสินใจ
• นำโครงการและริเริ่มงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการและระบบทรัพยากรบุคคล
• สามารถบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีไอทีกับระบบการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล ส่งเสริมการใช้แอปพลิเคชันทรัพยากรบุคคลออนไลน์
• ร่วมมือกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายการผลิตทั้งหมดในการวางแผนกำลังคน การจัดการโอที และการพัฒนาพนักงาน
• ดูแลและควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่ายโดยรวมของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
• ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขแนวทางปฏิบัติใหม่ของบริษัท เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการที่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพบางอย่าง
• พัฒนาและจัดการระบบการจัดการประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานที่ขับเคลื่อนประสิทธิภาพการทำงานที่สูง
• รับรองการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงานและข้อบังคับ มีความเข้าใจในจรรยาบรรณ
• จัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลโดยรวม กิจการทั่วไป รวมถึงการจ่ายเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพนักงาน รวมถึงบริการทั่วไป งานล่าม
• จัดระเบียบกิจกรรมของบริษัท เช่น ทัวร์บริษัท วันกีฬา งานเลี้ยงปีใหม่ และอื่นๆ
• ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการทรัพยากรบุคคลและการบริหารสำหรับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอื่นๆ ตามความจำเป็น
• ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็นให้กับพนักงาน
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years in management experience as well as experience of overall HR&GA operations. (Company scale 700 up.)
• At least 3 years in management experience as Manager level.
• Experience of developing and implementing the company HR system or regulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English (Advanced Conversational high)
• Computer literacy, MS office, MS Outlook, Google application, etc.
• Join immediately
• Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Able to communicate in Japanese and English both in Business level is preferable.

• มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาและนำระบบทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัทไปปฏิบัติ
• มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นที่ยอดเยี่ยม
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office, MS Outlook, แอปพลิเคชัน Google เป็นต้น
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
