<Job responsibilities>
- Support the achievement of the Store sales target
- Maximize the business potential of the Store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy
- Mentor, motivate and Retain the staff in Store, building teamwork
- Support staff optimization vs business needs
- Effectively utilizing CRM tools to Maximize existing customers and growing new client base
- Manage Store image and Store operations respect of Store standards and procedures
- Stock management to ensure availability of merchandise and services
- Support in knowing the competitors
- Contribute to Build effective relationship w/new and existing customers
- Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with brand principles
- Monitor loss prevention

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- สนับสนุนการบรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายร้านค้า
- ขยายศักยภาพธุรกิจของร้านและยอดขายตามแผนก (หมวดหมู่) ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ของบริษัท
- ให้คำปรึกษา สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และรักษาพนักงานในร้าน และสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีม
- การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเจ้าหน้าที่สนับสนุนเมื่อเทียบกับความต้องการทางธุรกิจ
- ใช้เครื่องมือ CRM อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าที่มีอยู่และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่
- จัดการภาพลักษณ์ร้านค้าและการดำเนินงานร้านค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและขั้นตอนของร้านค้า
- การจัดการสต๊อกสินค้าเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสินค้าและบริการมีเพียงพอ
- สนับสนุนให้รู้จักคู่แข่ง
- มีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพกับลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
- มีส่วนร่วมในการมอบความเป็นเลิศในการบริการลูกค้าให้สอดคล้องกับหลักการของแบรนด์
- ติดตามป้องกันการสูญเสีย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of solid experiences in a similar capacity from the retail luxury brand name in management level (at least supervisor)
- Well-groomed and driven with Strong Leadership and communication skills to manage teams in Achieving set standards for all aspects of Store operations.
- Independent individual with Strong decision-Making skills (due to report line mostlt base in Bangkok)
- Conversational high or business level in English (for Communicate with external and customers)
- Passionate in growing a career within the luxury fashion industry
- Team Player with Ability to Perform in Fast pace environment

Working Hour: 9:00-20:00(9.00am - 6.30pm, 10.30am - 8.00pm)

- ดูแลตัวเองและมุ่งมั่น มีความเป็นผู้นำที่ดีและมีทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อจัดการทีมงานให้บรรลุมาตรฐานที่กำหนดสำหรับทุกด้านของการดำเนินงานร้านค้า
- บุคคลที่มีความเป็นอิสระและมีทักษะในการตัดสินใจที่ดี (เนื่องจากสายงานส่วนใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร)
- สามารถสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูงหรือระดับธุรกิจได้ (เพื่อสื่อสารกับบุคคลภายนอกและลูกค้า)
- มีความมุ่งมั่นในการเติบโตในอาชีพการงานในอุตสาหกรรมแฟชั่น
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
