Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop a company marketing strategy. (Business development)
• Introduce product and service to customers. (Domestic and overseas)
• Keep regular contact with customers for their requirements. Mainly calling and sometimes online or visiting.
• Provide after-sales service, the client's deal with the problem, given the perfect treatment.
• Visit customers by company car or own car.
• Estimate cost and selling, negotiate the cost with customers.
• Make documents about the invoice.
• Deal with complaints or any claim from clients.
• Coordinate IATF auditing.
• Business trip abroad with a Japanese manager.
• Report to Japanese MD in Japanese.
• Other tasks might be assigned.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนาแผนการตลาดของบริษัท (พัฒนาธุรกิจ)
• แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการให้กับลูกค้า (ในประเทศและต่างประเทศ)
• ติดต่อกับลูกค้าเป็นประจำเพื่อสอบถามความต้องการ โดยส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นการโทรติดต่อ และทางออนไลน์หรือไปเยี่ยมเยียนบางครั้ง
• ให้บริการหลังการขาย โดยจัดการแก้ไขกับปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าและปฏิบัติให้ดีที่สุด
• เยี่ยมลูกค้าด้วยรถยนต์ของบริษัทหรือรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
• ประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายและการขาย เจรจาค่าใช้จ่ายกับลูกค้า
• จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับใบแจ้งหนี้
• จัดการกับข้อร้องเรียนหรือการเรียกร้องใดๆ จากลูกค้า
• ประสานงานการตรวจสอบ IATF
• เดินทางไปต่างประเทศเพื่อธุรกิจกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
• รายงานต่อกรรมการผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-50 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• At least 5 years experiences as a Cooperate Sales in automobile industry.
• Conversational high level of English (Communicate with internal or clients overseas)
• Have own car (commute, client visiting)
• Conversational level of Japanese or JLPT N2 above (for report Japanese MD and sometimes contact with Japanese parent company by email) is preferable.
• Mind of grow up with the company is preferable.
