<Job responsibilities>
- Sales Leadership: Lead and Manage sales activities, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Account management: Develop and Manage relationships with key accounts, Providing top-tier service and support.
- Sales Strategy development: collaborate with the sales management team to Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Mentorship: provide guidance and Mentorship to junior sales representatives to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Negotiation: Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market share.
- Sales Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Product and market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ความเป็นผู้นำฝ่ายขาย: นำและจัดการกิจกรรมการขาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบรรลุเป้าหมายการขายหรือเกินเป้าหมาย
- การจัดการบัญชี: พัฒนาและจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับบัญชีสำคัญ ให้บริการและการสนับสนุนระดับสูงสุด
- การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การขาย: ทำงานร่วมกับทีมบริหารการขายเพื่อพัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์การขายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- การให้คำปรึกษา: ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาแก่ตัวแทนขายรุ่นน้องเพื่อช่วยให้พวกเขาบรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- การเจรจาต่อรอง: นำการเจรจาการขายที่ซับซ้อนและปิดข้อตกลงที่มีมูลค่าสูง
- การขยายตลาด: ระบุและแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าและส่วนแบ่งการตลาดของบริษัท

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 36 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of Experience in sales from recycle industry such as steel, plastic or paper
- Business level in English to Communicate with Supplier and customers
- Proficiency in MS office, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed (company car provided; must possess a valid driver's license)
- Exceptional communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to Manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Experience in paper industry.

- ปริญญาตรีทางด้านธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายจากอุตสาหกรรมรีไซเคิล เช่น เหล็ก พลาสติก หรือกระดาษ 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป
- ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้า
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ MS Office และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์การขาย
- ความเต็มใจที่จะเดินทางตามความจำเป็น (มีรถบริษัทให้; ต้องมีใบขับขี่ที่ถูกต้อง)
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และความเป็นผู้นำที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์และการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ดี
- ความสามารถในการจัดการงานสำคัญต่างๆ หลายอย่างและทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน
