<Job responsibilities>
- Lead the operations and day-to-day running of all General Accounting sections (AR, AP GL, and Tax).
- Drives consistency in processes, tools, formats, and templates to mitigate risk.
- Manage month-end, and year-end Accounting close process.
- Develop Controls & processes to comply with the company policy, TFRS for NPAEs, and relevant laws related to Accounting and Finance matters.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts monitor the aging of open item accounts and ensure timely clearance of open / emerging items.
- Complete required Tax reporting in a timely manner (e.g. corporate income Tax, withholding Tax, VAT, business Tax, etc.)
- Record payroll transactions to GL (data from HR) and Reconcile with P.N.D. 1&1 Kor.
- Coordinate with the auditor and those involved to obtain sufficient audit evidence and provide the auditor with the facilitation and assistance necessary to ensure yearly audits can be conducted with a timely and accurate manner.
- Annual Financial reporting – including audit & Tax.
- Maintain master data in ERP.
- Support information to manager for activity monitor and analyze Tax regulations update and Develop corresponding business actions, and conduct Tax planning.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- เป็นผู้นำการปฏิบัติการและการดำเนินงานประจำวันของแผนกบัญชีทั่วไปทั้งหมด (AR, AP GL และภาษี)
- ขับเคลื่อนความสอดคล้องในกระบวนการ เครื่องมือ รูปแบบ และเทมเพลต เพื่อลดความเสี่ยง
- จัดการกระบวนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและสิ้นปี
- พัฒนาการควบคุมและกระบวนการเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท TFRS สำหรับ NPAEs และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องการบัญชีและการเงิน
- ปรับปรุงบัญชีงบดุล ตรวจสอบบัญชีรายการค้างชำระที่มีอายุ และให้แน่ใจว่ารายการค้างชำระ / รายการที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่ได้รับการเคลียร์ทันเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีให้ครบถ้วนทันเวลา (เช่น ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภาษีธุรกิจ ฯลฯ)
- บันทึกรายการเงินเดือนไปยัง GL (ข้อมูลจาก HR) และตรวจสอบให้ตรงกับ ภ.ง.ด.1 และ ภ.ง.ด.1 กร.
- ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ได้หลักฐานการตรวจสอบที่เพียงพอ และอำนวยความสะดวกและความช่วยเหลือที่จำเป็นแก่ผู้ตรวจสอบเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการตรวจสอบประจำปีสามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างทันท่วงทีและถูกต้องแม่นยำ
- รายงานทางการเงินประจำปี รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและภาษี
- บำรุงรักษาข้อมูลหลักใน ERP
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลแก่ผู้จัดการในการติดตามกิจกรรมและวิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุงระเบียบภาษีและพัฒนาการดำเนินการทางธุรกิจที่สอดคล้องกัน และดำเนินการวางแผนภาษี


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 29 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.
- Working experience of at least 4 years in the General Ledger, Taxation, or Audit Field is preferable.
- Good understanding of VAT, WHT, CIT, and Accounting processes including reconciliation.
- Good command of verbal and written English [to communicate and report to department meetings]
- Good communication skills with all departments within the company regarding Financial subjects.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analysis Skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Electronics manufacturing industry
- Skill in Lotus note (ERP) program
- Have CPD license
