<Job responsibilities>
- Secretary: business Coordinator & Personal tasks
- Sales Coordinator Tasks
- Coordinate and support for Japanese GM as request
- Coordinate with Japan Head Quarter
- Manage President's working schedule, prepare document for meeting, Visa and work permit, booking golf, hotel and any tickets.
- Visit clients outside and take care of Japanese clients when they Visit company.
- Translate documents, interpreter tasks (if require) Japanese <-> TH/ENG
- Sales Coordinator task as assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- เลขานุการ : ผู้ประสานงานธุรกิจและงานส่วนตัว
- งานประสานงานฝ่ายขาย
- ประสานงานและสนับสนุน GM ชาวญี่ปุ่นตามคำขอ
- ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- จัดการตารางการทำงานของประธาน จัดเตรียมเอกสารการประชุม วีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน จองตั๋วกอล์ฟ โรงแรม และตั๋วต่างๆ
- พบลูกค้าภายนอกและดูแลลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นเมื่อมาที่บริษัท
- แปลเอกสาร งานล่าม (ถ้าต้องการ) ญี่ปุ่น <-> TH/ENG
- งานประสานงานฝ่ายขายตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year as Secretary or other JP Speaking back office (Any field)
- Conversational high to business level in Japanese (JPLT N2)
- Conversational high to business level in English
- Good with MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good personality
- Service-minded & active
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having JLPT N1
- TOEIC 700+: highly prefer, even expired

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Monday - Friday [Lunch break 12.00-13.20 hrs] WIO 100%)

- สามารถสนทนาภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูงถึงระดับธุรกิจได้ (JPLT N2)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูงถึงระดับธุรกิจ
- สามารถใช้ MS Excel, Word, Outlook ได้ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีมาก
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน
- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
- มีใจรักการบริการและกระตือรือร้น
