Engineer Supervisor (32K – 38K) (SDG-111122)
วิศวกรหัวหน้าอาวุโส
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Manage the design, fabrication, and maintenance of jig.
• Supervise robot programming and maintenance to optimize production processes.
• Set standards Procedures and create documentation for new products, such as Process Flow Charts, Process Planning, Floor Layout
• Follow to new model development or modifications products to customer specifications. Includes documenting and reporting related.
• Preparing work instructions (WI) and product standards for use in manufacturing processes and quality control processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors as needed for project requirements.

• วางแผน ประสานงาน และดูแลโครงการวิศวกรรมตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนเสร็จสมบูรณ์
• จัดการการออกแบบ การผลิต และการบำรุงรักษาจิ๊ก
• ดูแลการเขียนโปรแกรมหุ่นยนต์และการบำรุงรักษาเพื่อปรับกระบวนการผลิตให้เหมาะสม
• กำหนดมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนการทำงานและจัดทำเอกสารสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ เช่น แผนภูมิกระบวนการ การวางแผนกระบวนการ ผังพื้น
• ปฏิบัติตามการพัฒนาหรือปรับเปลี่ยนผลิตภัณฑ์รุ่นใหม่ตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า รวมถึงการบันทึกและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำคำแนะนำการทำงาน (WI) และมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตและกระบวนการควบคุมคุณภาพ
• ระบุโอกาสในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการและนำแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดมาใช้

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Process Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management in automotive industry.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience to control subordinate.
• Proficient in welding techniques and standards. (Must)
• Strong knowledge and experience of New Model, jig design and robot programming.
• Understanding of assembly processes and basic knowledge of PLC.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems is required. APQP, PPAP
• Daily conversation of English. (Able to make report and email.)
