Resident Engineer (Production Development Engineer) (60K – 80K) (SDG-111083)
วิศวกรประจำโครงการ (วิศวกรพัฒนาการผลิต)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Interface for the customer in deep technical questions or technical requirements during the RFQ process (In the same region, participates actively to the S0-meetings for the assigned customers) and during the product development phase as well.
• Takes part to offer phase as a core / expert team member and feasibility analysis and proposes eventual project modifications in case of concept deviations or in case of non-respect of the technical specifications.
• Supports the preparation and the presentation of Technical Meeting at the customer
• Verify the final CAD-DATA developed and approved by the RA product engineer with the vehicle packaging environment and is responsible for the customer “release”
• Participates actively to the Design Reviews, especially to the Design Review 1 to ensure full hand-over of assumptions, information and discussions set during the RFQ-phase.
• Performs a pre-evaluation of the customer technical specifications

• เข้าร่วมในการเสนอขั้นตอนในฐานะสมาชิกทีมหลัก/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ และเสนอการปรับเปลี่ยนโครงการที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในกรณีที่แนวคิดเบี่ยงเบนไปหรือในกรณีที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค
• สนับสนุนการเตรียมการและการนำเสนอการประชุมทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า
• ตรวจสอบ CAD-DATA ขั้นสุดท้ายที่พัฒนาและอนุมัติโดยวิศวกรผลิตภัณฑ์ RA กับสภาพแวดล้อมการบรรจุภัณฑ์ของยานพาหนะ และรับผิดชอบต่อการ "เผยแพร่" ของลูกค้า
• เข้าร่วมการตรวจสอบการออกแบบ โดยเฉพาะการตรวจสอบการออกแบบ 1 เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบสมมติฐาน ข้อมูล และการอภิปรายที่กำหนดไว้ในขั้นตอนขอใบเสนอราคาอย่างครบถ้วน
• ดำเนินการประเมินล่วงหน้าข้อมูลจำเพาะทางเทคนิคของลูกค้า
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as project engineer in automotive part and Injection part for automotive Industry.
• Have experience in plastic material and manufacturing technologies
• Advanced Conversational middle-high level in English
• Experience with Automotive Customers
• Knowledge in 3D Software Design
• Knowledge of the process and general requirements of the assigned OEM
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel)
