Warehouse Supervisor (Inbound & Facilities) CBR branch (30K – 40K) (SDG-111164)
หัวหน้างานฝ่ายคลังสินค้า (สินค้าขาเข้าและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก) สาขาชลบุรี
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To control overview of Inbound (Receiving & Put away FGs/Packaging Material and Sterile product In/Out forwarder) as SOP and also prioritize inspection & re-packaging.
• Warehouse facility monitoring & improvement and control EML& EMS meet Quality system requirement.
• Support warehouse operations as requested from senior level.
• Collaboration with relate project management team and concern departments to drive the response tasks to completed on plan. Duties and responsibilities inbound operations
• Support above level or/and Logistic Manager in overseeing daily activity.
• Assist in operation activity whenever necessary.
• Ensure Inbound relevant the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Work Instructions (WI) are being maintained and updated, understand the importance of adopting proper change control process that conforms to quality standards.
• Control products transfer In/Out to be 3rd party sterile service provider and also sterile samples delivery to lab service provider as planned.
• Manage the efficient flow of warehouse products and materials.

• ควบคุมภาพรวมของสินค้าขาเข้า (รับและจัดเก็บสินค้า/วัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ และผู้ส่งต่อสินค้าปลอดเชื้อขาเข้า/ขาออก) ตาม SOP และให้ความสำคัญกับการตรวจสอบและการบรรจุใหม่
• ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในคลังสินค้าและการควบคุม EML และ EMS ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของระบบคุณภาพ
• สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานในคลังสินค้าตามที่ร้องขอจากผู้บริหารระดับสูง
• ร่วมมือกับทีมจัดการโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อขับเคลื่อนงานตอบสนองให้เสร็จสิ้นตามแผน หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานขาเข้า
• สนับสนุนผู้จัดการฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ในระดับสูงกว่าในการดูแลกิจกรรมประจำวัน
• ช่วยเหลือในกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานเมื่อจำเป็น
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน (SOP) หรือคำแนะนำการทำงาน (WI) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าขาเข้าได้รับการบำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุง และเข้าใจถึงความสำคัญของการนำกระบวนการควบคุมการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เหมาะสมมาใช้ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพ

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Warehouse in Logistics or manufacturing field
• Have management experience at least 1 year
• Conversational middle - high level of English *Interview in English
