Process engineer (Thermoforming – Plastic) (30K – 40K) (SDG-111226)
วิศวกรกระบวนการ (การขึ้นรูปด้วยความร้อน – พลาสติก)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Development process and product from plastics material.
• Analyze and solve production results (molds, machines like injection molding machine, thermoforming, cutting & pumping machines, etc.)
• Analyze and solve quality and production problems.
• Optimize production parameters (efficiency, cycle times, scrap rate.)
• Look for opportunities to improve productivity with less process scrap.
• Responsible for cost reduction projects.
• Reports working situation and irregularities to the Sr. Process Engineer (if any).
• Report defects and deviations within the department.
• Create good working environment or teamwork among the processing personnel.
• Follow orders that may assign from time to time by the Operations Manager.

• พัฒนาขั้นตอนการผลิตและผลิตภัณฑ์จากวัสดุพลาสติก
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาการผลิต (แม่พิมพ์ เครื่องจักร เช่น เครื่องฉีดขึ้นรูป เครื่องขึ้นรูปด้วยความร้อน เครื่องตัดและปั๊ม ฯลฯ)
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาคุณภาพและการผลิต
• ปรับพารามิเตอร์การผลิตให้เหมาะสม (ประสิทธิภาพ เวลาการทำงาน อัตราเศษวัสดุ)
• มองหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตด้วยเศษวัสดุจากกระบวนการที่น้อยลง
• รับผิดชอบโครงการลดต้นทุน
• รายงานสถานการณ์การทำงานและความผิดปกติต่อวิศวกรกระบวนการอาวุโส (ถ้ามี)
• รายงานข้อบกพร่องและการเบี่ยงเบนภายในแผนก
• สร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ดีหรือการทำงานเป็นทีมในหมู่บุคลากรในกระบวนการผลิต
• ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งที่ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการมอบหมายเป็นครั้งคราว
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-40 years
• Male / Female
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering of mechanical, Electrical, Plastic, Polymer, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as process engineer in material or packaging for food industry.
• Experience in injection molding process
• To be hard-working and initiative attitude.
• Have Leadership skills, Problem solving skills, Coaching skills, and Team player.
• Advance conversation middle-high level in English
• TOECI 600 up is preferable.
