<Job responsibilities>
- Ensure company quality processes comply with ISO/TS 16949 standards.
- Develop quality documentation to align with ISO/TS 16949 systems.
- Monitor production procedures and post-production inspections to ensure product quality.
- Establish and Conduct audits to verify departmental compliance with quality standards.
- Control and register measurement tools to Meet standards.
- Oversee supplier standards to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate with production departments to address customer complaints and track issue resolution.
- Compile and Prepare product Part Approval process (PPAP) documentation and other related documents for new model projects.

- รับประกันว่ากระบวนการคุณภาพของบริษัทเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO/TS 16949
- พัฒนาเอกสารคุณภาพให้สอดคล้องกับระบบ ISO/TS 16949
- ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการผลิตและการตรวจสอบหลังการผลิตเพื่อให้แน่ใจถึงคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดทำและดำเนินการตรวจสอบเพื่อตรวจยืนยันว่าแผนกปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพขององค์กร
- ควบคุมและลงทะเบียนเครื่องมือวัดให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- ดูแลมาตรฐานของซัพพลายเออร์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- ประสานงานกับแผนกผลิตเพื่อตอบสนองต่อข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าและติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหา
- รวบรวมและจัดเตรียมเอกสารกระบวนการอนุมัติชิ้นส่วนผลิตภัณฑ์ (PPAP) และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับโครงการรุ่นใหม่
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years in quality management within the printing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Conversational middle level in English (to write and read email)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working Experience as sales Automotive-related or/and sticker-related industries.
- knowledge of the Japanese language
