Duties & Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, budget, and equipment, to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communication: Regularly communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the planning team, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform planning strategies and ensure compliance.

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 38-48 years
• Female / Male
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years working experience in Production Planning / Materials Planning in electronics, home appliance manufacturing.
• At least 3 years management experience has subordinate under control as Assistant - Manager level.
• Advance conversation high in English level. (To communicated with global team)
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
• Experience and solid understanding of working in a diverse and global organization.
• Planning Manager in the HVAC industry (HVAC = Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) is preferable.
• Interpersonal, self-confidence and enthusiasm are preferable.
• TOEIC 700 + score is preferable.
