Production Manager (65K – 70K) (SDG-112241)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and implement process improvements.
• Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
• Manage production team to continuously improve manufacturing process through the introduction of appropriate process controls.
• Monitor and analyze product quality, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for every product.
• Handle logistics, warehousing and stock of raw materials used in production.
• Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.
• Cost management of products and assist with new product costing models.
• Other tasks as assigned.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนาตารางการผลิต จัดสรรทรัพยากร และรับรองการส่งมอบตรงเวลา
• เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ลดเวลาหยุดทำงาน และดำเนินการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
• ให้คำปรึกษาและพัฒนาบุคลากรภายในแผนก
• จัดการทีมการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยนำการควบคุมกระบวนการที่เหมาะสมมาใช้
• ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์คุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ ดำเนินการแก้ไข และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
• ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุหลักและแก้ไขปัญหา
• ประสานงานเวิร์กโฟลว์การผลิตรายเดือนสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์แต่ละชิ้น
• จัดการด้านโลจิสติกส์ การจัดเก็บ และสต็อกวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิต
• จัดการกิจกรรมทั้งหมดภายในกระบวนการผลิต รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาและกำลังคน
• จัดการต้นทุนผลิตภัณฑ์และช่วยเหลือเกี่ยวกับแบบจำลองต้นทุนผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 38-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience as Production in electronic manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years management experience as Manager level.
• Experience in Kaizen, productivity, maintenance system, budget control, cost down project.
• Advance conversation in middle level of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office along with databases.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Has experience from Electronics with assembly part (Production control + planning) is preferable.

• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถใช้ MS Office และฐานข้อมูลได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถจัดการโครงการต่างๆ ได้ภายใต้กำหนดเวลาที่สั้น
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เกี่ยวกับชิ้นส่วนประกอบ (การควบคุมการผลิต + การวางแผน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
