Work outline: Responsible for all the general office administrative tasks while supporting Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responding to customers at the receptions, by telephone, and answering or referring inquiries
Typing in customers information, manage the customer data
Assigning classroom according to the class schedule
Monitor and ensure that the reception and classroom areas are kept tidy (needs to tidy up if necessary)
Assist in counseling activities of Manager
Prepare to welcome visitors by arranging a room and tea
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 23-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree
New Graduates are welcome (needs to have appropriate business manner)
Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
English at Advanced Conversational Level
Able to support others flexibly
Preferable:
More than 1 year of administration experience
Japanese language skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Working Time 11:00 – 20:00 (2 days off per week) *Sunday off and another date can be chosen.
