Work Outline: Work closely with Japanese Vice President to operate overall function of HR & GA department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Regenerate organization system (Organization diagnosis-HR tasks consolidation-Payroll issue)
In charge of organization’s evaluation, compensation, employee qualification, retirement benefit and welfare)
In charge of employee rules, and regulation
Plan HR strategy (Formulation of expense budget, staffing planning and organization blueprint development)
Develop the construction of the firm as per below functions
- Manage and get into each employees for over 100 branches nationwide
- Plan for establishing institution, reviewing current system. Make a plan for improvement of turnover rate
- Revise the remuneration system and evaluate system for strengthening recruitment and system construction
- Design the system of career paths throughout the company, especially for Sales department.
Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, Male/female, age above 40 years old
Bachelor's degree
Experiences in HR&&GA over 10 years
Experiences of management
Working experience in Japanese company and understanding of Japanese working culture
**Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels**
Cheerful personality /Active / Strong
Preferable:
Motivated to lead the organization and contribute to company’s rules
Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skill
Languages skills
English: Conversation level
Japanese: Business level (N2-N1) (Optional)
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18.00
