Work outline: Responsible to Improve purchasing activities and maintain purchasing process.


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Manage and control team for purchasing function and related job.
 Update necessary information from internal and external source.
 Handle to assign and support job to subordinate.
 Develop and improve supplier
 Coordinate with clients including company` group companies based in Thailand, Myanmar and India
 Go out to visit suppliers and clients (Mainly Rayong by company car and driver)
 Specify and control purchasing strategy to meet requirements.
 Supervise, motivate, and evaluate employees engaged in purchase activities.
 Maintain and follow purchasing procedures to conform ISO standards.
 Other tasks as assigned.    


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality only, male/female, 42- 50 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
 Business level of English in both spoken and written
 Intermediate level of Japanese in both spoken and written
 Minimum 5 years’ experience of either sales or purchase in trading companies.
 Minimum 5 years’ experience of handling suppliers both in local and overseas
 Strong knowledge in import and export
 Management experience is a must


Preferable:             
 Trading Machineries, Machine parts products


Languages skills 
English: Business level 
Japanese: Advanced conversation level (Able to speak in Japanese with colleague)




Workplace Area: BTS Sala daeng/MRT Silom
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:15) 


About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 THB negotiable
