Work Outline: Support sales team, coordinate with import-export staff for shipment & BOI process

Duties & Responsibilities:
    Issue PO and invoice, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing team
    Coordinate with import-export staff for shipment & BOI process
    Coordinate with government organizations for various permissions and certificates
    Multitasking in coordinator functions
    Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
    Thai nationality, Female only, Age 24-30 years old
    At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Coordinator Import-Export or related fields
    Have some knowledge in processing BOI documents or willing to learn BOI process
    Proficiency in Microsoft offices
    Be able to communicate in English

Preferable:
    Experienced in handling BOI documents

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Prompong
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
