Work outline: In charge of support sales and admin tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Purchasing & Planning Coordinator
Ø    Issue Purchase order base on forecast and inventory
Ø    Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents
Ø    In charge of basic admin task in the office
Ø    In charge of import-export process
Ø    Coordinate purchasing agreements with outstanding vendor relationships
Ø    Communicate with concerned departments, vendors, and executive management to ensure procurement goals and met
Ø    Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents


Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality , Female only, 23-30 age years
Ø    Minimum 1-2 year experience of sales coordinator
Ø    Knowledge about trading (both imports and exports)
Ø    Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Ø    Good command of the English language (Conversational to Business level)
Ø    CDD from Japanese trading company

 Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Chitlom
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB negotiable
