Work outline: To suggest solution and to promote spec-in activity to customers by all measures to increase the market share.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To visit customers in order to collect customers’ needs or requests
Ø Always act as the main person to support customers
Ø To make suggestion to solve or improve customers’ problems or productivity by using the company’s products
Ø To demonstrate new product information to customers with demo-units
Ø Make report of customer information to report to the HQ in Japan (in Japanese)
Ø Liaise and support company’s marketing events and activities
Ø Support and liaise with Japanese co-workers from Japan
Ø Able to learn and improve yourself about the company’s products
Ø Research and think about the best suitable solution for the customer’s needs
Ø Other tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality only, Male , 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields
Ø 1 – 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
Ø Good personality and outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ø Strong analytical thinking and trouble shooting skills.
Ø Must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Ø Mature, reliable personality and appears to have leadership and entrepreneurship.
Ø Demonstrate the commitment and ability to follow the code of conduct and the company’s core competencies.
Ø Good skills of computer (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power point)
Ø Good command of English & Japanese (speaking, reading and writing)
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Japanese industry
Ø Experience in living / working / studying in Japan is highly preferred
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversation (At Least N2)
Workplace Area: BRT Wat Darn
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 THB including all Allowance
