Work outline: Support HR department’s tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support HR senior section manager’s tasks
Ø Keep good relationship between Staffs
Ø Be responsible for preparing report for management and support HR department’s tasks
Ø Recruitment
Ø Training
Ø Payroll
Ø Business trip visas
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality only, Male/Female , 35-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field
Ø At least 3 years of working experience in HR field
Ø Willing to learn new things and familiar with Japanese culture
Ø Willing to challenge in HR field
Ø Expert in Excel skill (Be able to do Pivot table, Vlookup, etc.)
Preferable:
Ø Be able to use SAP
Ø TOEIC 700 up
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level (Middle or above)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)
