-Opportunity to work in reliable logistic company from Japan-Opportunity to grow with one of the biggest Japanese logistic group company Work Outline: Responsible for dealing with customers for all air import processes and assisting manager’s tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for import shipment
Ø Contact and cooperate with overseas agent for shipment arrangement.
Ø Support and give direction of Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Etc.
Ø Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
Ø Monitoring shipment, milestone status and KPI compliance.
Ø Complete job file to generate financial result of the shipment in time line.
Ø Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.
Ø To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.
Ø Provide additional services above and beyond the call of duties
Ø Assist Sales activities such as rates, visits, reports etc.
Ø To be able to deal with overseas offices with clear communication.
Ø To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.
Ø Supervision the whole operation Matters
Ø Monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager and Ass.GM.
Ø Coordinate with government agencies related.
Ø Can control and motivation with 50 staff in Air – Import Section well
- Educate all Air dept. – Import staff in quality Improvement - Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
- Thai nationality, Male, age above 30 years old Ø Bachelor’s Degree Logistics or in related fields
Ø At least 3 years up experience in Logistic , Import & Export ,Freight Forwarder , or related field
Ø Knowledge in Cargo Air- Import & Air- Export
Ø Computer skill
Ø Not job hopper (more than 1 year of experience in a company)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Ø Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills.
Ø Able to work under pressure and timeline
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: SUVANABHUMI AIRPORT
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:30– 17:30)

Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 THB excluding allowance
