-Being a START-UP member who helps create/build strong organization together with MD (Highly responsible as a founding member)-Opportunity to engage in a fast growing Japanese company in Thailand
Work Outline: Responsible for directing the whole Thai team and lead the business in Thailand by cooperating with headquarter (the company already has relationships with a lot of big Japanese companies, but needs someone who is good at managing Thai staff)





Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø  Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
Ø  Setting KPI for the sales and take sales activities together with a member
Ø  Managing Thai members by leading the team, giving advice, and training
Ø  Co-working with accounting firms
Ø  Reporting to headquarter
Ø  Other tasks as assigned





Qualifications:
[Must]
-Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-41 years old Ø  Bachelor’s degree
Ø  More than 3 years of management experiences of Thai members
Ø  Japanese-language skills (Advanced Conversational level – N2 up)
Ø  Motivated to work in a startup company
Ø  Strong sense of responsibility




Preferable Skill / Experience
Ø  Good Command in English
Ø  Experiences in marketing/advertising/web Industries





 Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: Advanced level (N2)






Workplace Area: BTS ASOK
 Working Hour: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon - Fri)

Salary: 80,000 – 150,000THB
