＜Job Descriptions＞1）Organization / HR Consulting・Design HR systems and HR operation consulting・Deliver HR related project for clients as a project manager・Create service proposal for consulting project to meet clients’ expectations.2）Analysis of engagement diagnosis, corporate culture, value diagnosis・Analysis of HR systems.・Assessment for the next generation leader for Thai staff.＜Qualifications＞・ Age (From-To) ：27-35 Years・ Year Exp.：3 years・ Business conversation level of English (TOEIC 600 above)・ Basic conversation level of Japanese (N3 above)・ 3-5 years of experience in business development, human resources, consulting, or related field.・ Experience working or studying abroad will be advantages.・ Leadership & Strong sense of Responsibility & Logical Thinking.
