Work outline: Responsible for overall recruitment strategies in the company
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Identify staffing needs and headcounts for each department and overall company
Ø Responsible for job posting vacancies, screening resumes, arrange appointments and interview candidates, suggest suitable candidates to top or middle management for interviews and selection, prepare and manage hiring documents related, references check, and etc.
Ø Liaise with internal and external parties such as recruitment service agencies, colleges, universities for searching potential candidates and branding purposes
Ø Prepare and manage orientation for new-comers
Ø Responsible for managing internship program such as interviewing and selecting potential candidates
Ø Identify, analyze, and develop training within the organization
Ø Responsible for designing and managing training and development programs
Ø Manage all activities within approved budget.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, ages 35-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Arts, Political Science, Psychology or any related field
Ø At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or Learning & Development
Ø At least 5 years of experience in managerial level (Assistant Manager and above)
Ø Possessed excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
Ø Pay attention to details and be able to work independently
Ø Excellent command of English
Ø Proactive and initiative
Prefer:
Ø Experience in similar industry is highly preferred
Languages skills
English: Business conversational level

Workplace Area: MRT Suttisan
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8 hours and 1 hour lunch) Flexible hours (Can start from 7:00 – 10:00AM)

Salary: 60,000 – 100,000 THB all including
