Work outline: To support the Managing Director to ensure the smooth daily operation of the subsidiary
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for the full set of accounts
Ø Ensure that monthly and quarterly closing is accurate and on scheduled
Ø Prepare and manage financial statements
Ø Ensure monthly payment from distributors
Ø Prepare and coordinate third party regarding internal and external audits
Ø Prepare and manage tax reports (VAT and Corporate Tax) which match with the Thailand Tax Regulation
Ø Communicate with relevant government agencies on operational or compliance issues
Ø Assist in the completion of internal or external surveys as and when required
Ø To provide administrative support in all aspect of office functions such as office tenancy, office relocation/renovation, renewal of business licenses, flight/hotel reservations, season parking, insurance/health screening, office equipment, telephony system, etc.
Ø Handle all telephone calls and enquiries
Ø Responsible for filing of documents
Ø Assist in recruitment such as liaison with agencies and interview arrangement
Ø Handle payroll, staff training, responsible for all aspects of expatriate management including permit application, renewals, income tax, etc.
Ø Conduct exist interview with employees
Ø Liaise and communicate with respective departments in Singapore Head Office (e.g. Accounts, HR, Logistics, IT) for operational matters and reporting
Ø Any other duties that may be require of you by the company that is within your scope.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female , age 28-35 years
Ø Bachelor degree and higher Accounting or Finance
Ø Minimum 3 years related accounting and admin experience
Ø Knowledge of taxation including VAT and reporting preferred
Ø Working knowledge with JD Edwards preferred
Ø Possess supervisory experience of accounting staff
Ø Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ø Proficiency in MS Excel and Power point presentation
Ø Able to work independent
Ø Proficient in Microsoft office software
