Work outline: Overseeing training and people development for the organization
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external departments in order to identify the training needs to meet with business requirements - Plan and develop training project and activities to meet with business objectives - Review and monitor achievement of training project such as in-house and external trainings, and education programs - Be internal instructor/speaker for functional program, orientation program and other management communication sessions related to - organization objectives. - Plan and develop talent management program and people development project - Act as the main person to lead people development project - Manage and monitor employee engagement and leadership development programs in the organization - Liaise with Japanese Management team in order to develop training and people development programs to match with the needs - Prepare and write-up training manual in English - Other tasks that related to the working scope
Qualifications:
[Must]
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 35-42
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related HRD, OD or relevant field.- Must have at least 10 years direct experience in Human Resource Development in both Training and People Development - Direct experience in management level for at least 5 years - Direct experience in Trading, Manufacturing, or Real Estate with scale more than 1,000 employees - Strong background in HRD & OD projects implementation or HRD tools - Result-oriented and self-motivated- Good command of English both in spoken and written, able to lead the training sessions in English- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Especially with Power Point
Prefer:
- Possessed strong knowledge in HRD & OD strategy- Logical and systematic thinking- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and pro-active working style
