Work outline: Provide support to Thai Lawyers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide administrative and secretarial support to Thai Lawyers
Ø Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
Ø Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence.
Ø Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement for Thai Lawyers
Ø Coordinate with all department and outside people
Ø Other task assigned by Thai Lawyer
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only, age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Ø At least 1 year working experiences as a Secretary
Ø Be able to communicate in English
Ø Active, well organize and detail oriented
Prefer:
Ø Working experience in Law firm
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
