Work outline: Coordinating with clients and suppliers. Handle complaints.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for all of the goods and services that are purchased by a company.
Ø Source vendors, negotiate contracts and ensures prompt delivery.
Ø Receiving and processing sales orders, delivery tracking and monitoring.
Ø Communicating and updating customers.
Ø Preparing job orders, coordinating with operations departments.
Ø Preparing reports and handling complaints and dealing with related documentation tasks.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, male/female, 24-35 years.
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing or any relate field.
Ø 1-2 years’ experience in field sales coordinator & purchase can be advantageous.
Ø Good interpersonal skill
Ø Excellent communication skills.
Ø Good command of English language (can communicate job in English both speaking and writing)
Ø Must be sensitive about feedback and suggestions of the customers and promptly report it to the manage
Ø Willingness to work alone or as a team, flexible in work timings.
Ø Excellent computer skills. (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power point, Acrobat etc.)
Ø Good excel skill v-look up , pivot table, sort , filter
Prefer:
Ø Polite and well mannered.
Ø Well organized and able to perform multitasking and finish work within time.
Ø Hard working and able to work under pressure.
