Work outline: Responsible for preparing compliance-related policies and procedures as well as ensuring the complete and effective implementations within the organization
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide compliance training to new employees and cycle training to business partners to create sense of compliance awareness
Ø Conducting risk assessments
Ø Monitoring legal and regulatory changes that impact company's business
Ø Performing regular compliance assessments
Ø Partnering closely with business units on compliance issues
Ø Provide consultancy and advices to employees regarding compliance inquiries
Ø Review business contracts and provide inputs pertaining to compliance aspects
Ø Investigate compliance incidents and special projects
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality , Male/Female, age above 35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Ø An academic background and knowledge in law, finance, business administration.
Ø Knowledge of business areas and their products and the relevant regulatory and legal requirements that apply.
Ø Governance and legal structure - Knowledge of the system of internal controls that enables effective management of the affairs of the company.
Ø General project management skills
Ø Efficient time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Ø Analytical skills (including ability to identify and address root causes of issues)
Ø Fluent in Thai and English
Preferable:
Ø Background experience in legal and compliance.
Ø At least 5 years’ experience in legal, compliance, good governance, internal audit.
Languages skills
English: Advance Business Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: AIRPORT LINK HUA-MAK Station
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
