Work outline: Responsible for all sales activity to achieve KPIs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Achieve sales and profit targets figures
Ø Plan sales strategy and manage sales force to achieve its goals.
Ø Set appropriate performance targets for subordinates, give guidance and support towards achieving the goals, and fairly evaluate results according to each individuals’ performance.
Ø Acquire the potential customers for new account.
Ø Maintain and visit the existing customers for services, problem solving when get any complain.
Ø Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, monthly and annual analyses.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, ages between 28-38 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Law or any related field.
Ø 8-10 years of experience in sales function
Ø 2-3 years of experience in sales management role
Ø Computer literacy with good skill of Microsoft Office
Ø Strong relationship, communication and interpersonal skills
Preferable:
Ø Experienced handling sales activities for service industry.
Ø Creative and goal-oriented.
Ø Experience working in governmental environment
Ø Knowledge in law or any related field.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9.00-18.00)
