Work outline: Responsible for sales planning strategy to generate sales from OEM buyers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Interact with OEM’s buyer in order to reinforce the strategies of the company.
Ø Be able to sale forecasting and planning as well as negotiation agreements, provision for customer.
Ø Create sales strategy that can be matched with OEM accounts in responsibility.
Ø Formulate a database that is intended for customer files and vital information.
Ø Forecast sales by units segment by segment.
Ø Make a comprehensive comparison between monthly sales the goals that have been set.
Ø Thru coming up with the necessaries actions to correct or maintain the strategies that have been applied.
Ø Update yearly strategic plan by providing sales input.
Ø Maintain the OEM product’s competitiveness by recommending an effective pricing program.
Ø Interface with quality assessment or regulatory board about the OEM product’s quality or safety issues.
Ø Organize sales team to achieve sales volume base on strategy.
Ø Coordinate and collaborate on regional and global issues.
Ø Occasionally travel to visit clients
Ø Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 33-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Ø Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales manager and preferably OEM automotive part.
Ø Able to work in high intensive competition environment.
Ø Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Ø Possess a driving license.
Preferable:
Ø Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ø Possess excellent communication skills, team working and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to work under pressure and possess good emotional control.
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational (Writing and Speaking)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saladeang/ MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday-Friday)
