Work outline: Manage Customer Service Import team, review documents import documents and cooperate with concern Departments
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Lead and manage the organization, also planning manpower and control subordinate as the good maturity.
Ø Encourage with the team under Quality Control and co-ordinate with other department for support concerning import field.
Ø Control and co-ordinate with the shipping and transportation company.
Ø Strongly communication with oversea, sub-contractor and the customer under high pressure and able to solve the problem under reasonable situation.
Ø Follow up all document with sub-contractor due date and monitor billing invoice as the customer enquiry.
Ø Control the cost reduction and compromise minimized cost with sub-contractor, also one of leader to negotiate with Thai Customs, BOI, Department of Industrial or any Thai Government for keep maximized the benefit with our Company and Customer.
Ø Manage on the organization, also planning manpower and control subordinate as the good maturity.
Ø Prepare the summary report and irregular report for planning and analysis on the progress as achievement KPI target.
Ø Check the billing invoice and follow up assignment of the Manager.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai national, Male or Female , Age 35- 45 Years Old
Ø Bachelor in management with specialization in International Business or Business Management.
Ø Experiences in Import/Export Management and Forwarder is preferred.
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in Import/Export and Forwarder is preferred.
Ø Master Degree (preferred) in management with specialization in International Business
Ø If any the experience of shipping field would be advantage.

English: Advanced conversational level
