Work outline: Responsible for cashier and cashier related documentation

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Cheque issue

Ø  Receiving bills

Ø  Preparing documents concerned with banks

Ø  Some VAT and WHT transactions

Ø  Bank Reconcilement

Ø  Arranging payment for facility expenses such as telephone, electricity etc.

Ø  Other cashier related tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, Female only, age 23-30 years

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Ø  1-2 years’ experience in cashier or accounting related fields 

Ø  Able to communicate in English

Ø  Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Ø  Team Player, Honest and Detail Oriented

Ø  Able to work overtime when required (with OT allowance paid)

 

Languages skills

English: Daily Conversation

Japanese: None

 

 

Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:40 (Mon – Fri)
