Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Recruitment processes
Ø HR Administration and operation tasks such as HR reports, staff welfare &benefits, and staff activities
Ø Handle payrolls
Ø Keep track of employees in term of probation assessment.
Ø To consult with the employees in term of working flow of HR
Ø To support with HR Manager according to the assignment
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 5 years of working experience in HR field
Ø Strongly experience in recruiting and payroll
Ø Basic knowledge of Labor Law
Ø Able to manage 2-3 subordinates
Ø Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Thonglor
Working Hour: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (8.30 – 17.30) , Tuesday, Friday (8.00 – 17.00)
About the Benefit
