Ø Be able to work for the trading company which has a lot of big automotive companies as clients
Ø An opportunity to utilize your coordination skills
Work outline: Responsible for supporting Sales team including processing documents, following up with clients, and working with suppliers etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Receiving and processing requests for quotes for assigned accounts
Ø Receiving and processing orders for assigned accounts
Ø Following up with phone, fax, and email inquiries related to customer accounts
Ø Processing parts for delivery
Ø Investigating and proposing countermeasures to performance issues as it pertains to key customer accounts
Ø Evaluating supplier performance in the following areas: Quotations, price, and delivery
Ø Creating and submitting daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as determined by the Managing Director and/or Sales manager
Ø Fostering a unified culture and promoting a process for collaboration, cooperation, sharing of information and teamwork
Ø Meeting regularly with assigned “strategic” accounts to ensure high-quality customer service and to address open or outstanding issues in a face-to-face manner
Ø Working with suppliers to identify substitution parts for items that are discontinued or that have long lead-times or that may otherwise be more cost-effective for the customer
Ø Learning key manufacturer part-numbering systems and features of the products we sell and subsequently working with customers to correctly identify parts needed for machine-building and/or offering them suitable substitutions
Ø Performing other duties as assigned
Ø Main products: Japanese control instrument
Main clients: Japanese Automotive Company
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 23-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Fresh graduate are welcome
Ø Good command of English (Advanced Conversational Level)
Ø Microsoft skill (Word, excel etc.)
Preferable:
Ø Have working experience more than 2 years
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: none
Workplace Area: MRT Petchaburi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
