Job Highlight
Opportunities to work in Japanese company leading in Human Resource industry
Utilize and challenging your skills in admin role
Since company is under expansion, there are much opportunities to challenge a wide range of duties
Duties & Responsibility:
Support admin, HR, accountant, office management and IT issue by consulting with Admin manager
Manage all documents which is related to labor department, payment and so on
Control and solve IT issue by contacting help desk in Japan ( in English )
Arrange process for new employee including computer set-up, Visa for Japanese staff and other issue
Support job posting on job board and website, prepare all related documents to
Labor department
Input candidate registration data into our system
Pick up call and assist client and candidate who visit our office
Other tasks as assigned
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Female only, Thai Nationality, Age below 30 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of English
Good analytical, problem solving skills and high responsibility.
Fresh graduates are welcome!!
[Prefer]
1-2 years’ experience in admin or office management
Good personality and Interpersonal skills
Able to working OT. (If needed)
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area:Silom, Bangkok (BTS) Saladaeng/(MRT) Silom
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (9.00 – 18.00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-30,000 THB/ Month
