<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for overall R&D process (VRV air-conditioner software development)

<Job Responsibilities>
・Development and design new software to control VRV air-conditioner products. Development details are Control logic fixing, Software specification preparation, Software coding, Final software evaluation etc.
・Cooperate with 3rd party software house to accomplish new software development project
・Work with concerned product designer to develop product specifications and coordinate product development schedule.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
・At least 5 years’ experience in the field of electrical or vehicle product software development.
・Has good knowledge in C-language programming and Software evaluation.
・Has good knowledge in refrigeration control logic of air-conditioner products
・Good communication and presentation skill.
・Advance conversation middle level in English.
・Good computer proficiency.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage.
・TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage
・Able to communicate in Japanese language is advantage
