Work outline: Work as a cash management team Manager (Trading Company, finance department)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Identify potential growth and external growth opportunities to complement current portfolio. Oversee and acquire new business opportunity
Ø Create Policy Management with General Manager following organization’s goals including plan annual budget and check the correctness of actual monthly transaction.
Ø Control, manage and enhance company and group companies finance activities to higher efficiency
Ø Utilize strong accounting and finance understanding to develop insights in to financial performance of a large, complex and highly profitable multinational company
Ø Further work with the rest of the team to partner business units to effectively develop strategies, budgets, business cases and be instrumental in facilitating management and business units in making timely and correct decisions
Ø Be a consultant and or advisor to support the accurate finance information and operation to sale department especially new business expanding
Ø Coach & encourage team to create a good environment leading to a high performance organization
Ø Act as a Change Agent to transform work operation and lead team to be a high performer
Ø Prepare and provide financial report, updated company information and documentations to banks to review bank credit facilities
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree or higher major in Accounting, Finance or related
Ø 10 years’ experiences in Accounting and Finance function
Ø Excellent command of English
Preferable:
Ø Professional with good ethics and compliance
Ø Wider view in Finance and Accounting and Risk Management functions with strong managerial skill
Ø Flexible Attitude to responsibility at work
Ø High adaptability to work with others and facilitate diversity to accomplish goals
Ø Sharp decision making with logical thinking
Ø Good communication and interpersonal skill with an ability to work effectively as a leader of a team
Ø High accountability & ownership, motivation, service minded and good coordinator
Ø Work experience in Japanese company
