Work outline: Handle and oversee tax and refund procedures
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Handle customs clearance tasks and related regulations
Ø Appropriately negotiate terms with shipping agencies, suppliers, and related agencies
Ø Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns
Ø Calculate form preparation fees according to return complexity and processing time required
Ø Consults tax law handbooks or bulletins to determine procedure for preparation of typical returns
Ø Coordinate with other departments
Ø Other related as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-50 years
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø At least 10-15 years’ experience in Freight Forwarder company, Customs clearance process & working Tax refund jobs & concerned regulations
Ø 10 years’ experience in various tax privileges (BOI, FTA, Re-export, Temporary Importation, Export Promotion Scheme)
Ø Good English language skills
Ø Good Computer skills in MS Office
Ø People management skills, strong leadership, service mind and a good team player
Ø Able to travel to provincial branches
Ø Communication skill, can contact with customs office
Language skills:
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:30 – 17.30]
