Work outline: Responsible for generating leads, advancing the new investment process, closing new business, achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunities-based investment, maximizing business opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Develop new business opportunities with internal and external business partners and other potential clients at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
Ø Develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company.
Ø Work effectively with C-Level decision makers, i.e., CFO, CTO, VPs and Directors, to develop long term strategic relationships.
Ø Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
Ø Manage all JV and/or M&A processes. Act as a company point of contact in related to all JV and/or M&A matters
Ø Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into opportunities.
Ø Prepare and present powerful, sound, persuasive financial and sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of company products.
Ø Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate acceptable return.
Ø Effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals with new business partners and other potential customers, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer.
Ø Collaborate with professional services and other support teams to ensure successful implementations.
Ø Maintain consistent business ventures or sales growth by continuously establishing new partners and accounts and maintaining existing partners and accounts.
Ø Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established returns or sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets.
Ø Attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote company business and brand.
Ø Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 30-40 years old
Ø B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
Ø Minimum of 7-10 years industrial field, JV, and M&A experience.
Ø Demonstrated understanding and application of complex sales techniques and track record creating, negotiating and closing multi-million dollar large-scale deals.
Ø Experience working with international, multi-national company, and other large organizations.
Ø Experience in driving a business development campaign and leading a team to build new contacts and partnerships.
Ø Proven ability to develop long term strategic relationships with C-Level decision makers.
Ø Demonstrated effectiveness in prospecting and developing new business.
Ø Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Ø Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines; detail oriented.
Ø Ability to travel moderately within assigned territory (25-50%).
