Work outline: Medical assistance (Translate between doctors and patients)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Explain about medical services to customers
Ø Handling patient call and arrange the appointment if patient need to go hospital
Ø As necessary, accompany to hospital with patient
Ø Answer the call from patients 24hours Stand-by 2-3 times /week
Ø Provide translation service between patient and doctor at hospital
Ø Making reports of patient cases
Ø Update the information of medical
Ø Responsible for assigned role.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 25-38 years old
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø At least 3-4 year of working experience
Ø Good command in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
Ø Good command in Japanese and English
Ø Able to visit hospital & work at night time (for emergency cases)
Ø Not job hopper
Preferable:
Ø Experience in hospital as translator
Ø Working experience as a nurse
Ø Experienced living in Japan
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business (JPLT N2 UP)
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke/MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri) *Almost non-overworking
