Work outline: Handle all Admin function (HR&GA)

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for overall HR & GA functions such as Recruiting, Payroll, etc.

Ø  Responsible for HRM, HRD function

Ø  Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks

Ø  Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policy

Ø  Supervise HR & GA  Team

Ø  Other task as assigned by superior

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age between 30-45 years old

Ø  Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any related field

Ø  At least 10 years of experience in HR&GA function

Ø  At least 3-5 years in managerial level

Ø  Possess good leadership skill

Ø  Good command of English communication (Speaking, Writing and Understanding)

 

Preferable:

Ø  Able to build team work

Ø  Good reliability

Ø  Manage quality management

Ø  Experience working in Japanese company

Ø  Good interpersonal skill

 

 

 

 

Languages skills

English: Advance Conversational Level

Japanese: None

 

Workplace Area: Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.00-17.30

 

About the Benefit

Salary: 80,000-100,000 THB negotiable
