Work outline: Responsible for daily operation/ administrative task to support the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Office environment management
Ø Office supply management
Ø Purchasing
Ø New branch project
Ø Events preparation (New Year, Kick-off meeting etc.)
Ø Car parking & Driver management
Ø OT food management,
Ø Business trip support (Flight/Rental Car) etc.
Ø Handle any urgent matter apart from routine jobs
Ø Able to stay late until 7-8pm (OT) sometime
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 22-26 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business English, or other related fields
Ø 1-2 years of experience as an admin
Ø Exp. in trading or sales office company
Ø Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel)
Ø Good command of English skill in order to communicate with Japanese Manager and coworkers, handle English documents, etc.
Ø Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill
Ø Detail oriented
Ø Willing to work hard and flexible / Able to stay late at night (7pm-8pm, 2-3 days per week)
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge of Pivot, Vlookup will be an advantage
Ø Highly motivated on improvement individual
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Phetchaburi Rd. / Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08:15 – 17:15 (Work twice Saturday a quarter)
