Job Highlight

Ø An Important responsibility to increase production by managing people and several functions
Work outline: Be responsible for supervise production, engineer, QC and maintenance functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Planning and organizing monthly production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request
Ø Manage cost of production and material
Ø Put proper manpower in each department such as production, engineer, maintenance and QC
Ø Take responsibility for safety of factory site, keep standard of ISO and make ISO documentation
Ø Communicate with client to control production as they request
Ø Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
Ø Make a plan for training, monthly action for other staff
Ø Implement final check of product and production quality
Ø Supervising the work of junior staff, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
Ø Making a report to Japanese MD regarding planning and cost forecast
Ø Other task as MD assign
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 33-40 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø Advanced conversation level of English
Ø At least 7 years’ experience in production line and at least 3 years management experience
Ø Strong knowledge of Metal Stamping
Ø Be able to commute to work by himself/herself
Preferable:
Ø Be able to use CAD and CAM
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) *2 times Saturday working in a month
