Work outline:
・Maximizes customer satisfaction through quality and service operation improvement action.
・Serves service managers and staffs by identifying their needs; solving product quality issues, service technical training.
・Main product will be VS(Visual Solution) Products, such as Information Display / Interactive Whiteboard / Video wall for “Business to Business” business area.
・Based in Thailand but responsible for subsidiaries in Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam including distributors in other Asia/MEA countries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Plans and conducts the Service Training by checking service level through skill and knowledge examination.
Ø Grabs the market quality situation and feedback to factory to improve it promptly.
Ø Monitors Service operation of Sales Subsidiaries by checking KPI and reports the result to them for improvement.
Ø Supports Asia Parts Center to improve service parts supply ratio, back order and inventory.
Ø Supports SMTL Sales and Marketing team to expand the sales of display product in cooperated.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 30-42 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø Be able to do Service Training
Ø Good command in English skill( Advanced conversational level)
Ø More than 3 years of experience from other competitor or similar industries
Ø Be willing to travel frequently to other countries.
Ø Have a IT skills for Technical support (Instllation, Adjustment,Diagnose ,Troubleshooting, Repair,Software)
Preferable:
Ø Experience in planning and development of sales training
Ø Bachelor’s degree in science or marketing
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BRT YEN ARKART
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri)
