Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Invoice documentation for procurement
Ø Contacting clients via phone and email
Ø Prepare documents for Japanese manager
Ø Other tasks as assigned
*In order to get to know group companies during OJT, might visit Rayong with Japanese manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 23-35 years
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø Experiences of administration (especially invoice but not must)
Ø Good Command in English (advanced conversational)
Ø Basic PC skills
Preferable:
Ø Experience of import/export
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) SATs about once a month
