Work outline: Responsible for overall sales and customer service activity with new and existing customers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Customer Service with new and current customers.
Ø Communicate with overseas agents.
Ø Supervise warehouse operation, project operation such as installment and dismantlement
Ø Make working report to GM, Director and MD.
Ø Communicate effectively with various cross team members in an effort to solve problems and provide our customers with high level satisfaction.
Ø In charge of Quality Control for pharmaceutical customers.
Ø Contact MLC Pharmaceutical Team for Quality Assurance.
Ø Propose training courses about quality for staff to improve services.
Ø Accomplish other tasks directed by Manager, GM, Director and MD
Ø Monitoring, investigate the temperature excursions to customer.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Logistic, Science or related field
Ø Minimum 4 years’ experience in freight forwarding, Shipment or Transport industry
Ø Experienced in managing a team, Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
Ø Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
Ø A good team player and attentive to details
Ø Strong negotiation skills, global thinking and a can-do attitude
Ø Well-organized and willing to learn, able to work under pressure
Ø Able to work independently, responsible and hardworking
Ø Fluent in English in both written and conversational, Superb communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
Preferable:
Ø Experience in dealing with pharmaceutical clients
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: Working Time 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) * work on Saturday (half day) 2 times per month OR 1 time full day
